Sunday, September 23rd - At app. 15:55, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a pipeline rupture on CR2268. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Engine 51 with Unit 506 and three firefighters, and Tanker 51 with Unit 508 and one firefighter, and Booster 51 with two firefighters to find a tractor had ran over a natural gas pipeline, causing a leak. TVFD then evacuated everyone within a 500 foot radius of the leak and blocked traffic from accessing CR2268. Centerpoint Energy was notified and they de-pressurized the line and fixed the leak.
At app. 20:50, Tarkington First Responders were called to a report of a 52-year old female having difficulty breathing. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with Unit 508 and one firefighter.
Saturday, September 22nd - At app. 15:15, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of vehicle fire on SH321 at FM163. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Engine 51 with Unit 506 and four firefighters, and Tanker 51 with Unit 505 to find the fire confined to the engine compartment.
Friday, September 21st - At app. 21:05, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to a report of a male subject pinned between a truck and trailer on CR2181. TVFD responded with Unit 501, Engine 52 with Unit 505 and one firefighter, Engine 51 with five firefighters, and Booster 51 with Unit 506 and three firefighters.
Thursday, September 20th - At app. 18:25, TVFD was dispatched for a lift assist on CR2196. TVFD responded with Engine 52 with Unit 505 and two firefighters.
Tuesday, September 18th - At app. 7:40, Tarkington firefighters were called to mutual aid Porter Fire Department with a motel fire on US59 near Community Drive. TVFD responded with Tanker 51 with two firefighters and Tanker 57 with one firefighter. Tarkington units stayed on location for app. three hours, shuttling more than 50,000 gallons of water to fight the blaze.

Monday, September 17th - At app. 16:55, TVFD was dispatched to a report of an explosion on CR2255. TVFD responded with Unit 502 but were unable to locate the source of the noise.
Sunday, September 16th - At app. 19:40, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to a report of a female patient having a diabetic seizure in New River Lake Estates. TVFD responded with Unit 508 and Squad 51 with Unit 504.
Saturday, September 15th - At app. 19:15, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to report of a grass fire on FM2518 app. one mile south of SH105. TVFD responded with Unit 501 and Booster 51 with Unit 504 and one firefighter.
Friday, September 14th - At app. 2:05, TVFD was dispatched to a vehicle fire on CR2224. TVFD responded with Unit 501, Engine 51 with Unit 502 and two firefighters, Engine 52 with Unit 505 and one firefighter, and Tanker 51 with two firefighters to find the Isuzu Ascender fully involved.

At app. 16:45, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a MVA on FM787 app. 1/2-mile west of FM2518. TVFD responded with Engine 52 with Unit 505 and one firefighter.
Thursday, September 13th - At app. 14:10, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to mutual aid Shepherd VFD with a large residential structure fire on FM1127. TVFD responded with Tanker 51 with two firefighters and Tanker 57 with Unit 501 and one firefighter.
Wednesday, September 12th - At app. 10:20, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of a fuel spill at the Tarkington Exxon on SH105 at CR2268. TVFD responded with Booster 51 with Unit 506 and Engine 52 with Unit 505 to find a fuel tank had ruptured on a pickup, spilling diesel fuel.
Friday, September 7th - At app. 20:40, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a tree across the road on CR3011. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Booster 51 with two firefighters, and and Engine 52 with one firefighter.
As Friday night's football game was winding down, Tarkington First Responders working the game were called to the Corrigan-Camden sideline for a player with a possible concussion. City of Cleveland EMS was called and the player was transported to the Cleveland PD helipad where he was flown by LifeFlight to a Houston hospital.
Thursday, September 6th - At app. 12:30, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of a MVA on FM2518 at CR2252. TVFD responded with Unit 593 and Unit 504.
At app. 20:50, TVFD was dispatched to assist with traffic control on FM163 at SH321. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Engine 51 with Unit 507 and four firefighters, Booster 51 with Unit 504, and Unit 506 to find a piece of a equipment had fallen off of a trailer.
Wednesday, September 5th - At app. 17:00, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a MVA on SH321 in front of the Ranch Hand Cafe, which was reported to Dispatch by Tarkington Unit 593. TVFD responded with Unit 502 and Engine 51 with Unit 507 and one firefighter to find a Dodge pickup on its side in the ditch, the driver already self-extricated.

Tuesday, September 4th - At app. 16:25, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of a MVA on SH321 at Tarkington Bayou, with the car in the water and victims trapped in the car. TVFD responded with Unit 501, Engine 51 with Unit 507 and two firefighters, and Booster 51 with Unit 504 to find the victims had self-extricated with no injuries.
Sunday, September 2nd - At app. 8:00, Tarkington First Responders were called to 50-year old female with chest pains on CR2321. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with Unit 504.
At app. 15:50, Tarkington First Responders were called to a 60-year old male experiencing chest pains on FM1008. TVFD responded with Squad 51 with Unit 504 and Unit 502, arriving to find Liberty County EMS already on the scene. LCEMS requested a LifeFlight helicopter be landed from an LZ set up at FM1008 and SH321. A second tone for the LZ brought Engine 51 with Unit 503 and one firefighter.
