Saturday, June 24th- At app. 13:20, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a person in the roadway near Tarkington Exxon. TVFD responded with Unit 502 and Rescue 51 with Unit 501 and one firefighter on board, but were unable to locate the subject.
Wednesday, June 21st- At app. 17:15, TVFD was called to a MVA on CR2224 (Joe Edd Road). TVFD responded with Unit 518, Unit 502, Engine 54 with Unit 505 and one firefighter on board, and Rescue 51 with one firefighter to find a red Saturn had left the roadway and rolled-over in the ditch.
Thursday, June 15th- At app. 6:15, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to assist a Texas DPS trooper with traffic control on SH105 at the Trinity River Bridge. TVFD responded with Booster 55 with Unit 502 on board.
Wednesday, June 14th- At app. 13:50, Tarkington firefighters were called to a grass fire on CR2270. TVFD responded with Booster 55 with Unit 502 and one firefighter on board.
At app. 16:20, TVFD was dispatched to a fire alarm at Tarkington High School. TVFD responded to find the alarm was a system malfunction.
Monday, June 12th- At app. 14:00, TVFD was dispatched to a brush fire on Alta Mae Ayers Road (CR2281). TVFD responded with Booster 55 with Unit 502 on board and Tanker 57 with Unit 505 on board. Upon Booster 55's arrival, Unit 502 disregarded all other units.
Sunday, June 11th- At app. 9:15, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to a report of a male having fallen off of a roof on FM2518. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with one firefighter.
At app. 13:15, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to a report of a female having seizures on CR2243. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with two firefighters.
Saturday, June 10th- At app. 8:40, TVFD was dispatched to a brush fire off of CR2201. TVFD responded with Booster 55 with Unit 502 on board.
At app. 15:40, TVFD was dispatched to a MVA on FM2518 app. one mile north of SH105. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Rescue 51 with Unit 505 and one firefighter to find a single vehicle accident involving a motorcycle with one patient requiring care. Her injuries were severe enough to require transport by air ambulance, so a second tone brought Engine 53 with one firefighter to setup a LZ for PHI SkyMed at the accident scene.
At app. 16:30, TVFD was dispatched to a brush fire on FM1008 near Jeanie's Grocery. TVFD responded with Booster 55 with Unit 505 and one firefighter but were disregarded prior to going on location.
At app. 17:45, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to a report of a two-month-old not breathing on FM787. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with Unit 502 and one firefighter on board. City of Cleveland EMS determined that the child be transported by air ambulance, so a LZ was setup on FM223 at FM787, with a second tone bringing Engine 53 with three firefighters.
Thursday, June 8th- At app. 19:25, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of a structure fire on CR2234. Cleveland VFD had initially been dispatched to the call several minutes prior to TVFD being notified and responded with two engines and a tanker. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Tanker 57 with Unit 504 and one firefighter on board, and Rescue 51 with one firefighter to discover the fire started as a grease fire in the kitchen. Most of the damage was contained in the kitchen area with the rest of the home suffering smoke and water damage.
Wednesday, June 7th- At app. 15:15, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to provide traffic control on SH321 app. two miles south of Cleveland. TVFD responded with Unit 518 and Booster 55 with two firefighters.
Tuesday, June 6th- At app. 12:15, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to a possible DOA on CR308. TVFD responded with Unit 503 and Rescue 51 with two firefighters.
At app. 21:40, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to setup a LZ for PHI SkyMed in the Tarkington High School parking lot. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Engine 54 with Unit 501 and two firefighters, and Engine 53 with one firefighter.
Sunday, June 4th- At app. 12:50, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a MVA at the intersection of SH321 and FM1008. TVFD responded with Unit 503, Unit 501, and Engine 54 with Unit 502 and two firefighters to find two vehicles involved with only minor injuries.
At app. 13:10, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to a possible stroke patient in Sam Houston Lake Estates. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with Unit 502 and Unit 503 on board.
