Monday, January 22nd - At app. 9:30, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a structure fire on CR2307. TVFD responded with Engine 54 with Unit 505 and one firefighter, but were disregarded when the call was determined to have been a false alarm.
Thursday, January 18th - At app. 19:10, Tarkington and Cleveland Fire Departments were dispatched to a report of a possible mobile home fire on FM787 in Rayburn. TVFD responded with Unit 502 and Engine 54 with Unit 501 and three firefighters and Tanker 57 with Unit 504 to find that the home had filled with smoke when the chimney flue was accidentally closed.
Wednesday, January 17th - At app. 06:55, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of a stove fire and heater explosion on CR308. TVFD responded with Unit 502 and Engine 54 with five firefighters.
At app. 10:30, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to a report of a fall victim on CR2184. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with three firefighters and Unit 517.
At app. 13:45, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to respond to CR2187 along with Liberty County Sheriff's deputies and City of Cleveland EMS for a possible gunshot victim. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with two firefighters. One victim was transported by LifeFlight from a LZ set up at Tarkington High School by Unit 502 and Engine 54 with five firefighters.

Tuesday, January 16th - At app. 13:40, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to a report of an MVA on SH321 near the Ranch Hand Cafe. TVFD responded with Engine 54 with four firefighters.
At app. 14:45, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a family trapped by rising waters in Sam Houston Lake Estates. TVFD responded with Booster 55 with two firefighters and Booster 52 with two firefighters.
Saturday, January 13th - At app. 8:55, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a vehicle fire on CR2274. TVFD responded with Engine 54 with Unit 504 and one firefighter and Tanker 57 with Unit 505 and one firefighter.
Tuesday, January 2nd - At app. 22:35, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of a MVA on SH321 app. one mile south of FM1008. TVFD responded with Unit 502 and Engine 54 with Unit 503 and three firefighters to find a single-vehicle overturned in the ditch. Upon Unit 502's arrival, the decision was made to transport both patients by air ambulance, so E54 was diverted to setup a LZ on FM1008 at SH321 to land two PHI SkyMed helicopters. A second tone brought Booster 55 with one firefighter and Rescue 51 with Unit 501 and two firefighters. HWY321 VFD was also called for mutual aid on the call.

Monday, January 1st - At app. 22:40, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to a report of an explosion in the vicinity of CR3017. TVFD responded with Unit 501 while other units were on standby at the station, but were unable to locate the source of the explosion.
