Tuesday, December 6th- At app. 6:20, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a house fire on CR2215. TVFD responded with Unit 502, Engine 54 with three firefighters, Rescue 51 with two firefighters, and Booster 55 with one firefighter to find the structure fully involved. Cleveland VFD, North Liberty County VFD, and Splendora VFD were called for mutual aid. The home belonged to a member of the TVFD and was a total loss.

At app. 9:40, Tarkington First Responders were called to a possible overdose victim on FM2518. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with two firefighters, assisting City of Cleveland EMS with the patient.
Monday, December 5th- At app. 20:15, Tarkington First Responders were dispatched to a 58 year-old male possible stroke victim. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with two firefighters.
Saturday, December 3rd- At app. 15:10, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a grass fire on CR2285. TVFD responded with Unit 501, Booster 55 with two firefighters, Booster 53 with two firefighters, and Engine 54 with one firefighter to find app. two acres of open field on fire, fanned by the high winds.
At app. 18:50, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of a large woods fire on CR2309. TVFD responded with Booster 55 with two firefighters and Engine 54 (which responded from Cleveland, having just particpated in the SantaFest parade) with four firefighters to find a large burn pile on fire.
Friday, December 2nd- At app. 13:10, Tarkington firefighters were dispatched to a report of a brush fire on CR301S. TVFD responded with Booster 55 with two firefighters and Engine 54 with two firefighters to find a fast-moving grass and woods fire. Mutual aid was requested from Cleveland VFD, Kenefick VFD, Splendora VFD, and Dayton VFD.
Thursday, December 1st- At app. 12:05, Tarkington VFD was dispatched to a brush fire on CR2285. TVFD responded with Booster 55 with one firefighter.
At app. 17:05, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a structure fire on FM223 app. 1 1/2 miles north of FM787. TVFD responded with Booster 55 with two firefighters, Engine 54 with three firefighters, and Rescue 51 with two firefighters. North Liberty County VFD was also dispatched to the call and arrived just shortly before TVFD's first units. Upon arrival, heavy smoke was pouring from the home.Tarkington firefighters initiated an aggressive interior attack while NLCVFD began ventilating the home by cutting a hole in the roof. The majority of the fire damage was confined to the room of origin, though other areas of the house did suffer smoke and water damage.

Wednesday, November 30th- Tarkington First Responders were called to a report of a sick female on CR2309. TVFD responded with Rescue 51 with one firefighter.
Tuesday, November 29th- At app. 13:55, Tarkington VFD was called to mutual aid Hardin VFD with a large brush fire. TVFD responded with Booster 55 with two firefighters.
At app. 18:05, TVFD was dispatched to a report of a vehicle fire on SH321 at SH105. TVFD responded with Engine 54 with five firefighters, Rescue 51 with two firefighters, and Booster 55 with two firefighters to discover a severe MVA requiring an extrication. PHI SkyMed was called to transport one of the victims and a LZ was setup near the accident site. Traffic had to be re-routed while the accident was investigated and the wreckage cleared.
